Raised as a Roman Catholic, I grew up in Berlin, NH, home of one of the most beautiful churches you’ll ever lay eyes on. St. Anne’s was built in 1899 and every inch of the sanctuary is covered by exquisite sculptures by Italian Artist, J. Castagnoli. Sitting in that church and looking up at those powerful images over the years had a profound affect on me as an Artist.
After the drug related suicide of a friend, I published my first comic book at the age of 19, as part of the United Way’s Drug Prevention program. Since those days I have written and illustrated over 25 comics, created 12 characters and 4 series for various publishers. My latest comic book, Redemption: Armored Saint is available for FREE right here at TimGagnon.ORG! Today, I’m a card carrying member of the Christian Comic Arts Society (CCAS) and sadly, one of their earlier publishers! OUCH! I’m getting OLD! I love comics! It’s a powerful genre that is able to reach people who would not normally visit a church service. Plus they are just plain FUN!
After four years in the military, I worked in various artistic fields ranging from Airbrush Artist to Graphic Designer before starting my own Advertising Agency in 2004.
I was always actively involved in the churches I attended, but always struggled to find my “spot”. I’m not a singer or a musician - I’m an Artist! I longed to do more than sit in a pew and sing along but the problem was my talents were a bit too “outside the box” to be used in a traditional church service.
That all changed a when I pitched a new Christmas program, “The Art of Christmas” to my Pastor. The event was a huge success, incorporating all the ARTS into one big event! The rest they
say is “history”. Since then I’ve been privileged to share my faith and my art across the country in everything from Schools, small congregations and “mega churches”. Thanks for taking the time to visit TimGagnon.Org and getting to know me!
FLAME ON!

I started out, innocently enough, drawing dinosaurs on paper grocery store bags. Even though she always had them “double bag” her groceries, the IGA just couldn’t supply my mom with enough paper bags to satisfy here little “Tim-Tim”!
One time when I ran out of paper, I took a magic marker to the wall, creating a very nice dinosaur mural! Mom however, did not share my enthusiasm for dinosaurs or Magic Markers! LOL!
